Quick answers

The questions neighbors ask us most, answered plainly.

My internet is slow. What should I try first?

Restart your router: unplug it, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and give it two minutes. That fixes most slowdowns. Then run our speed test plugged in with an Ethernet cable if you can. Still slow? Call us at 580-933-4400.

My internet is out completely. What do I do?

Check that the router's power light is on and cables are snug. Check our network status page for known outages. If everything looks right and you're still down, call 580-933-4400 — day or night, we want to know.

Where should I put my Wi-Fi router?

Central in the home, up off the floor, out in the open — not in a cabinet, closet, or behind the TV. Walls, metal, and microwaves eat Wi-Fi signal. If a far bedroom is weak, ask us about coverage options.

Why does the speed test show less than my plan?

Wi-Fi is almost always the reason. Your plan speed is delivered to the router; from there, distance, walls, older devices, and other traffic reduce what any one device sees. Test wired for the truest number. If wired tests keep coming in well under your plan, call us.

Do you have data caps or contracts?

No data caps and no contracts on our standard residential plans. The price we quote is the price you pay.

How do I pay my bill?

Online through the bill pay portal, by phone at 580-933-4400, or in person at 100 Wilson St in Valliant.

When is fiber coming to my address?

We're extending fiber all the time. Check your address with the availability form or call us — if we're not there yet, we'll tell you honestly where you are on the roadmap.

Can you help set up my devices?

Yes. Bring a device by the office or ask during an install — we help neighbors get printers, TVs, and cameras connected all the time.

Didn't find your answer?

Call, text, or come by — a real local person will sort it out.
