Freedom Fiber is a service of Valliant Telephone Company, Inc. ("Freedom Fiber," "we," "us"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to freedom-fiber.com and to the internet, phone, and related services we provide.
Account and contact information you give us (name, service address, billing details, phone, email). Information created by using our service (network usage, device and connection data, support requests). Website information such as pages visited, and cookies or analytics identifiers when you use freedom-fiber.com.
To provide, install, maintain, and bill for service; to answer support requests and improve reliability; to send service notices; to comply with law; and, only where permitted, to tell you about relevant local offers.

As a telephone provider, we protect CPNI (information about the phone services you buy and how you use them) as required by FCC rules. We do not use or share CPNI for marketing beyond what the law allows without your approval.
